The religious- political ceremony of the Friday prayer was held with the faithful people's presence in the west towns of the country.
The Friday prayer leader of Bijar said: unconditional freedom has not any place in Islam.
Hojatoleslam Morteza Meravi added: Islam and the verses of the holy Quran are accounted as a comprehensive program for all peoples until Resurrection and by patterning them the earthy and hereafter happiness will be provided.
He added: many verses of the holy Quran ha pointed to the matters which humans can't understand them and only the religious scholars understand them.
He specified: at this time we see the thought deviation of some persons who believe that don’t observing the Islamic laws causes the unconditional freedom, while Islam is the most perfect religion and no one obtains the real freedom unless he behaves according Islam decrees.
Pointing to the week of environment and the people’s more attention to the natural sources, vegetation and animals of the province, he added: being careless about these God’s gifts cause that the other social and sustenance areas to be damaged and we should try to protect environment.
The Friday prayer leader of Divandarreh said: considering the proper capacities of Kordestan, paying attention to agriculture changes this province to the developed one.
 Mumosta Abdolhamid Hasani added: undoubtedly, for reaching to the security of nutrients, in addition to taking the optimal policies and having enough sources, the agricultural product should be so that it meets all needs of the society.
He regarded trying to creating the proper field in order to develop agriculture more than ever as a necessary matter and stated: fortunately, after the victory of the revolution in particular in the righteous government, this area has been considered that we witness its positive effects on the development of agriculture.
He emphasized: building the rural routes, developing villages and paying special attention to farmers are among the valuable services of the active persons in this field after the victory of the revolution.
Regarding promotion of the religious insight especially among youngsters as the most important needs of the society and the strong weapon against the enemies' conspiracies, he specified: taking a pace in the route of the religious decrees and obeying from the religious instructions by people has a main role in the development of the society.
The Friday prayer leader of Saqqez said: God placed the holy Quran as the earthy and spiritual base of Muslims.
Mumosta Abdurrahman Husseinzadeh added: the holy Quran, The Prophet's miracle, governs forever and shows his miracle in every place and time and during history of its descent no one has could deviate it, because it has no opposition with the scientific acquisitions and its realities have been cleared more by the development of the science.
He specified: it is necessary to increase the level of insight among people in order to recognize enemy from friend.
The Friday prayer leader of Gorveh said: Iran people have been firm in behaving according to the Islamic beliefs and they have made enemies disappointed.
Hojatoleslam Safar Ali Ahya added: the especial pattern and perspective which the Islamic Republic presented to the people of the world and showed the Islamic values as a leader pattern to them have caused the enemies' fear.
He added: enemies think that by imposing boycotts without the social bases and only on the base of their wrong policies can draw off Iran people from the Islamic beliefs.
Pointing to the week of environment and the anniversary of establishment of the agriculture jihad in the country, he said: environment is one of God's gifts and is the field of health and the mean of promotion of the other social standards and in this area Kordestan by having the vast territory has enjoyed environment and this makes the officers' duty very important.
He stated: preserving environment has been emphasized in many verses of the holy Quran and we should know it as our religious duty.
The Friday prayer leader of Baneh said: combating against soul indicates the man's faith.
Mumosta Seyyed Mahmud Marofi added: being resolute and having no doubt and self - sacrifice and holy war are the other signs of the faith.
He continued: believing in God and obeying from his decrees is the common point of all religion and is the factor of the unity of the human society and is the secret of the nations' relations that we can see the example in The Pilgrimage which all people in any language and color gather close each other and participate in that great spiritual ceremony.
He emphasized: internalizing the Islamic temperament is the prophets' duty, because they use their potential capacities so that this temperament to be grown.
Informing of the initiation of The Pilgrimage affairs office to register pilgrims in this town, he stated: The Pilgrimage is one of the most important programs of Islam that according to God's saying in the holy Quran it is necessary to everyone who has the financial ability to go to The Pilgrimage.
He added: holding the Friday prayer as a divine obligation can provide the field of unity among Muslims.
The Friday prayer leader of Dehgolan said: enjoyment of the rural persons from the welfare possibilities is the resultant of establishment of the Crusade for Construction by the late Imam’s order after the victory of the revolution.
Mumosta Seyyed Seddig Soleimani added: Islam has been a guidance for humans in all fields and by the correct advices and a clear massages, which have derived from the prophets’ sayings, try to develop the divine religion.
He specified: God says in Hadid Surah that if it is not a time that the believers’ heart become humble in front of God’s mention and what has been sent from him.
Pointing to the Crusade for Construction, he stated: it is a organization which was established by Imam Khomeini’s order to considering situation of the deprived areas in 1358.
He stated: the design of establishment of the Crusade for Construction by the title of sending ten students to the deprived areas and by the offer of a faculty member of Tehran university was proposed, then this design presented to the leader of the Islamic revolution and he issued the order of its establishment.
The Friday prayer leader of Sarvabad said: deprivations are removed by performing the targeted subsidies and observing the social justice is implemented.
Mumosta Abdurrahman Rahmani added: after the victory of the revolution, one of the main concerns of the officers had been eliminating deprivation.
Stating that it is the people’s right that the commercial capitals of the country are divided in justice, he specified: one of the main features of this design is the attention of the government to the needy.
Stating that committing oppress is one of the greatest sin which is not forgiven, he added: as well as being silent against injustice is considered sin in Islam view and defending the oppressed people's right has been ordered.
Emphasizing promotion of good and prevention of evil in society, he said: the only way to propagate Islam is performance of this duty in society.
The Friday prayer leader of Sanandaj said: behaving according to the carnal soul and not obeying from God's decrees cause surrender in front of idolatrous.
Mumosta Amin Rasti added: not observing Islam decrees provide the field of many problems in society and people should by soberness try to introduce Islam decrees to youngsters.
He specified: if the religious beliefs become weak in society, that society will tend towards annihilation and its people cannot reach to promotion and happiness.
Pointing to the week of environment and the officers and people's attention to it, he added: Kordestan is one of the richest provinces in respect of environment and people and officers should try to preserve it and transfer it to the next generation.
The Friday prayer leader of Marivan said: media such as audio, video or writing should inform about alms tax.
Mumosta Mostafa Shirzadi added: the assistance committee helps people in the field of alms tax to obtain more information about it.
He continued: if the culture of alms tax is internalized in society, no one leaves this duty.
Explaining the governmental decrees in taking alms tax, he stated: explaining the importance of alms tax in Islam and its role in solving many financial and commercial problems of the society, explaining it in respect of juridical, holding several adductive meetings for the people of the villages, stating the Prophet's way in taking alms tax are among approaches which officers should consider in direction of increasing its pay.
Pointing to Imam Sadeg's saying "water and bread form the base of the man's life", he stated: it is natural that without agriculture bread is not provided.
He added: enjoyment of the villages from water, building the routes of the villages and the other developments has been provided for the blessing of agriculture.
Emphasizing that the individual hygiene should be observed, he specified: protecting environment in villages and cities can guarantees the man's health.
The Friday prayer leader of Mahabad said: Muslims should by insight look at Gaza matter.
Mumosta Khalili added: the faithful man never does sin, because the way of maintaining faith is piety and purity and if we do our deeds for God's sake, our faith will be the pure one.
He continued: the scale of measuring faith is worship and the more man try to increase his faith, the more he will approach to God, but if he know himself faithful and doesn’t observe God's decrees, he will become pagan.
He added: God says" those who believe in God and by their body and soul combat in God's way, they are sincere.
